Personal User Warranty Policy

Personal user warranty for one year, non human damage, we will replace any quality issues within one year, and we will be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost. (Force majeure factors are not within the scope: natural disasters such as fires, floods, etc.)

Commercial User Warranty Policy

For commercial users, the warranty period is six months. If there is no human damage, we will replace it if there is any quality problem within six months. Regarding International Customers

The maintenance and replacement of products for international customers are first the responsibility of local distributors and agents, and are free of charge during the warranty period. If the distribution agent in the country is out of stock or unable to repair it, it will be shipped by a Chinese company for replacement.

Regarding shipping fees

Product packing list

When receiving the goods, please check if the outer packaging box is intact. If there is any damage, please contact the logistics company in a timely manner.
